Application Process

Are you interested in applying to North Hardin Christian School?

OUR PROCESS

NHC accepts applications throughout the year. Official enrollment season for the upcoming school year begins Feb 1.


To begin the process, please submit the inquiry form below. After your inquiry has been received and processed, we will follow up with additional information about the admissions process, including an invitation to the application portal.


After the application is processed, you will receive a letter of confirmation and a phone call to schedule an interview. This interview is an opportunity for parents to meet with a school administrator and learn more about NHC, and for us to learn more about your family.

The checklist below explains the specific steps from application to enrollment. Please use this checklist to track the application process for each child applying.

  • Application Fees

    • Application for Admissions
    • $50 application fee
    • $75 enrollment fee

  • Testing and Interviews

    • Student Assessment
    • Student Shadow Day and Interview (Grades 6 and above)
    • Parent Interview

  • Post-Acceptance

    • Completed Online Enrollment Packet.
    • Completed Kentucky School Physical Form for students entering K5 and 6th grade.
    • Current Kentucky Immunization Form.
    • Completed Kentucky Eye Exam (K5).
    • Completed Kentucky Dental Screening (K5).
    • Photocopy of birth certificate for all new applicants.
