Want to Get Your Driver’s Permit?

Here is what you need to do:

Email Mrs.Shannon at shannon.mccoy@nhcky.org to request a form.

1. Include the student’s full legal name.
2. Mrs. Shannon will have the form available at the front office the next school day for pickup. 
3. Make your appointment with the DMV. The form is good for 60 days after it is issued.
